Planning a vacation in Lake George or the Adirondacks or looking to purchase your very own piece of Adirondack paradise? The Quarters at Lake George offers a number of lodging deals and packages that make vacationing and living in the Adirondack region more affordable. 

Adirondack Glassblowing Studio was littered with hundreds of glass pumpkins for sale, decorating the property for the fall. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day during the festival, glass-blowing classes and demos were offered by artist Gregory Tomb, with all classes and sales benefitting the depot museum. The museum tends to the history of the North Creek Railway, including its role in the career of a U.S. president. 

The 1st Annual Inaugural Wooden Boat Cruse-A-Thon presented by Ron and Kathy of Love is on Lake George Cruises, in partnership with the Lake George Land Conservancy's 11th Annual Hike-A-Thon was held on July 5, 2023. 57 people and 4 dogs on 17 boats paraded along the shoreline from Dunham's Bay to Elizabeth Island.  

ACRN (Adirondack Community Resource Network) serves as a tool for our local business community, facilitating deeper connections with the individuals who drive these businesses, and providing useful resources to support them. 

Mirroring the Prevention Council’s goals, the TUFF-eNUFF Challenge pushes kids and adults to work their way through obstacles and push themselves to come out on top! With a race for kids as well as teens/adults, this challenge is a fun way to show what you’re made of all while showing your support of a great organization!

The challenge course is open to kids, adults, and families; a mud covered terrain with hurdles to jump over, crawl under, and tread through will push all participants to their limits! 

A day of fun in the sun for everyone, benefiting the Adirondack Vets House.
